We worked with Merit Coffee Co. to create Sunbeam Bagel’s signature blend: a medium-light Colombian roast with notes of dark cocoa, brown butter, and sweet cherry. It’s smooth, balanced, and versatile — the kind of coffee we want to drink every day.
We’re always exploring and sourcing exceptional coffees from roasters we admire. We love discovering unique seasonal offerings, standout origins, and coffees with a story behind them, and we rotate selections whenever we find something we’re excited to share with our community.
